Who do we pay for?
Your company account, plus anyone set up in a department — they can be sent shifts and answer them. Somebody in two departments is one person, not two, and anyone you have added but not yet put in a department is free, because they cannot be rostered either. A one-person business pays for one person.
What about the quiet months?
Take them out of their departments. Somebody in none is stood down: not charged for, and not in any list you could roster them from, while their timesheets, leave and pay history stay exactly where they are. Put them back in a department when the season starts. A crew you only use over summer costs nothing over winter, and nobody has to be deleted.
What happens if we stop?
Your timesheets do not disappear. They are wage records your business is legally required to keep, so an account that lapses becomes read-only rather than locked, and you can export everything at any time.
Can we sign up right now?
Not yet. StaffOPs is invite only while we finish development testing, so accounts are opened with a code we hand out. Register your interest and we will come to you when it opens up — a deliberate limit on how fast we grow, not a waiting list for its own sake.
